Established in 2007, Ennis Gough Property combines the experience, marketing flair and passion of qualified estate agents David Ennis and Deirdre Gough.
With vast experience of sales and marketing between them, they are in a position to deliver an exacting standard of customer service and support to their clients in the sale, letting or management of their property, while committing to achieve the best return possible on that transaction.

We specialise in the area of asset disposal and management. A service specifically aimed at property owners with portfolios of residential and/or commercial properties. This service includes valuation, property management or legal representation.
Both David Ennis and Deirdre Gough are licensed Property Service Providers, registered on the public registry of the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
Ennis Gough Property is proud to have signed up to the PSRA’s Code of Practice for Auctioneers and Estate Agents. A copy of the code of practice is available for inspection at our office, or can be viewed on the website of the Property Services Regulatory Authority.)

David is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers).
A graduate of Dublin’s College of Marketing & Design (DIT), David has worked in senior sales and customer relations roles with global brands such as Hilton Hotels, Lufthansa and Abbey National Financial Services. David has 20 years’ experience of sales, lettings, valuations and property management in the Waterford and south Kilkenny property market. David lives in Waterford city.

Deirdre Gough MIPAV TRV
Deirdre is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers).
In 2016 Deirdre also qualified as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (The European Group of Valuers Association) Deirdre has nearly 20 year’s experience of sales, letting, valuations and property management. Prior to becoming a partner in Ennis Gough Property, Deirdre worked with IBEC South East as a Business Development Executive and has previous property experience in the UK. Deirdre is a graduate of WIT. She is a native of County Waterford.

Katie Kirwan
Katie took up her role with Ennis Gough in January 2025 as Senior Property Administrator. She manages tenancy operations, new tenant and landlord onboarding, tenancy management and property maintenance.
Katie came from a similar role in the property management and development field in Vancouver, Canada where she lived for 5 years. Katie is a native of County Waterford.Katie Kirwan

Carmel joined Ennis Gough Property in 2015 as Accounts Administrator.
She has since taken on various customer support roles and is regarded as an integral part of the front office team.

Paige Maher
Paige joined Ennis Gough Property in June 2024 as a trainee estate agent. She commenced her two year apprenticeship in Estate Agency & Auctioneering in September and is looking forward to obtaining her licence and forging a career in property sales & lettings.
Paige is providing clients with operational support and looking after the Social Media output for the agency.

Linda Joined Ennis Gough Property in 2024 in a Sales Progression role, specifically dealing with new homes sales. Coming from a legal office environment, Linda brings a wealth of conveyancing experience to her new role. Linda’s working hours are typically 9:00am to 1:00pm.
