David is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers).
A graduate of Dublin’s College of Marketing & Design (DIT), David has worked in senior sales and customer relations roles with global brands such as Hilton Hotels, Lufthansa and Abbey National Financial Services. David has 20 years’ experience of sales, lettings, valuations and property management in the Waterford and south Kilkenny property market. David lives in Waterford city.

Deirdre Gough MIPAV TRV
Deirdre is a member of IPAV (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers).
In 2016 Deirdre also qualified as a TEGoVA Residential Valuer (The European Group of Valuers Association) Deirdre has nearly 20 year’s experience of sales, letting, valuations and property management. Prior to becoming a partner in Ennis Gough Property, Deirdre worked with IBEC South East as a Business Development Executive and has previous property experience in the UK. Deirdre is a graduate of WIT. She is a native of County Waterford.

Katie Kirwan
Katie took up her role with Ennis Gough in January 2025 as Senior Property Administrator. She manages tenancy operations, new tenant and landlord onboarding, tenancy management and property maintenance.

Paige Maher
Paige joined Ennis Gough Property in June 2024 as a trainee estate agent. She commenced her two year apprenticeship in Estate Agency & Auctioneering in September and is looking forward to obtaining her licence and forging a career in property sales & lettings.
Paige is providing clients with operational support and looking after the Social Media output for the agency.
